Born for Portfolio Management
Our journey began in Australia, where we have been delivering SaaS solutions since 2004 and lease accounting software since 2019. OneTouch Leasing was originally built as a module within MyTreasur-e, a portfolio management and accounting SaaS solution used for complex, high-risk finance processes.
Our unique approach to system design has earned the trust of clients across industries in the Asia-Pacific region, including one of the Big Four accounting firms, which uses our platform to provide managed services in lease accounting. The ongoing success of the product allowed us to rebrand and launch the lease accounting tool as its own dedicated solution – thus the creation of OneTouch Leasing.
We are bringing that same expertise to the UKI.
Our mission is clear: to provide the most effective, intuitive, and compliant lease accounting solution specifically designed for clients impacted by FRS 102.
Unlike global providers focused on US GAAP, we are building a solution entirely tailored to UKI companies.

Brief History
MyTreasur-e and OneTouch Leasing
2004 -2022
Rangaswami (Bala) Balakumar and Nicolas Naim, both former Senior Consultants at Reuters, founded MyTreasur-e in 2004 to deliver treasury, leasing, and cash management solutions to the Australian corporate market.
Initially supporting Reuters’ corporate treasury solutions, the business progressively evolved into a fully in-house developed platform: MyTreasur-e. Over the next two decades, the platform matured to support complex, high-risk finance processes across corporates and government organisations.
During this period, the architectural foundations for advanced lease accounting functionality were embedded within the broader treasury-grade platform
April 2022
In response to IFRS 16 driving increased compliance and reporting complexity, MyTreasur-e partnered with Malcolm Cameron to develop a next-generation dedicated lease accounting solution.
Malcolm brought deep lease accounting and finance transformation expertise from KPMG Australia, along with hands-on SaaS delivery experience leading APAC lease accounting implementations as Director of Professional Services and Product (APAC) at a global lease accounting software provider.
2022–2023
Combining Malcolm’s domain expertise with MyTreasur-e’s robust platform architecture and software capability, the leasing functionality evolved into a purpose-built IFRS 16-ready solution. The platform was designed for audit-ready reporting, strong financial controls, and scalable portfolio management.
2023–2024
The solution was validated through real-world deployments across organisations managing both small and large lease portfolios, including environments processing 3,000+ leases. It was also adopted within professional advisory environments, including a Big Four firm using the platform to service clients.
November 2025–Present
Following successful deployment and market validation, the solution formally evolved into OneTouch Leasing (OTL): a dedicated lease accounting platform supporting IFRS 16 and FRS 102.
Built on treasury-grade foundations and shaped by real-world delivery experience, OneTouch Leasing represents the next stage of our evolution — a purpose-built SaaS platform for finance teams seeking audit-ready lease accounting, scalable portfolio control, and modern performance, backed by over 20 years of expertise.
