Data Hosting and Access Clarification
- All customer data is hosted exclusively within Amazon Web Services (AWS) Region eu-west-2 (London, United Kingdom).
- Thoughtworks provides managed cloud operational services (monitoring, patching, and vulnerability management). Thoughtworks does not independently host customer data. Any access to systems is controlled, role-based, and subject to contractual data protection obligations.
- Atlassian Cloud is used for customer support ticketing. Support data may include contact details and issue descriptions. Atlassian may process data in multiple global regions under appropriate data transfer safeguards.
